Overview
HPL Suite is a private utility for Huron Poker League members. It helps members view league schedules, rules, rankings, tournament information, and account details.
Information We Use
The app may use your league account name, username, email address, profile avatar, member role, schedule RSVP responses, tournament participation records, knockout records, ranking records, and app session information.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate league features, show current member account information, manage schedules and tournaments, maintain rankings, and send league communications when an administrator chooses to do so.
Services
HPL Suite connects to the Huron Poker League website and league tournament services. Administrator-created email messages may use Mailchimp. The app does not sell personal information.
Payments And Gaming
HPL Suite does not process payments, wagers, betting transactions, odds, casino gameplay, or real-money gaming activity. League dues, awards, or other offline arrangements are handled outside the app.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion from the My Account screen in HPL Suite, or by contacting [email protected]. Some historical league records may need to be retained when they are required for ranking integrity, tournament history, security, or legal obligations.
